If you wander through my site you will see that two lathes really took my fancy, the Rivett and the Holbrook, quite similar machines, but all in all I feel the Rivett to be the best of the two from what I have read. I never expected to own either one. But things sometimes just happen, and I now have one of the most beautiful lathes ever made.
